Bader Mail Issues

We are currently experiencing issues with Squadron Email accounts. Unfortunately the result of this is Squadrons cannot send or receive emails correctly. We are working with Rackspace to resolve this issue and hope to have a response for you soon.

Update - We have found the cause of the issue and are working on a resolution. Users should start to see normal mailbox functionality restored but it will take upwards of an hour before all mailboxes are restored to normal working order.

Bader Landing Site - Complete!

The Bader Landing Site has been updated and is working normally once more.

BADER Maintenance

13/03/2015

BADER will be undergoing unscheduled maintenance immediately, this is required for the installation of SharePoint 2013.

SharePoint 2007 and BADER mail will remain completely unaffected by this maintenance. SMS and Ultilearn should not be affected, but there is a small possibility you may experience issues using these systems.

SMS Issues

SMS is now working normally.

SMS is currently unavailable due to unforeseen technical difficulties. We are investigating this issue.

SMS - Ultilearn Communication

The BADER Team is pleased to announce we have improved the communication between SMS and Ultilearn. If you change your name in SMS your name will now change in Ultilearn. We are working with Ultimedia to enable SMS to update Service Numbers in Ultilearn.

Mail Issues

Emails should now be working normally. Thank you for your patience.

We are currently experiencing Email issues. Theses issues are currently effecting Active Sync for Squadron mail boxes, this means you cannot access your emails using Email Apps on mobile phones or tablets. Squadrons under Norfolk and Suffolk Wing have no access to BADER Email.

We are working on a solution to this problems. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
