Admin & Volunteer Portal Launch
What is happening?
As part of the IT strategy and digital transformation programme new applications are being developed and launched across the organisation.
In order to ensure that the introduction of change is well supported, the new applications will be rolled out in several phases. This will ensure that the Bader team can monitor and adapt the rollout processes should it be necessary.
The IBN regarding the launch of Admin Portal & Volunteer Portal can be seen here.
Admin Portal will only be accessible to Permanent Staff and will be where they administer the organisation. Volunteer Portal will be available to anyone that operates ina volunteer capacity across the organisation.

What happens next
Shortly before the launch for your area of the organisation, you will receive an email to your RAFAC Personal account. This email will outline the details to access the platform, as well as outline some immediate actions we would like you to carry out when you first gain access.
Where you can get help
The applications have been designed to be as intuitive as possible, that being said we are aware that any level of change can bring about training requirements. To minimise the level of change at any one time, the platforms are being launch with small iterative changes, this allows us to provide details supporting material throughout the change and to ensure that it meets the needs of the organisation.
If support is required, your first point of contact should be your nominated Bader PoC, if they are unable to help resolve your issue, you can reach out to the Bader team at email@example.com and a member of the team will come back to you as soon as possible.
For those with access to Bader SharePoint, further support can be sought from the Bader Hub.
