Bader is the principal information management system for the Royal Air Force Air Cadets (RAFAC) which is accessible by RAFAC Officers, SNCOs and Civilian Instructors as well as Civilian Welfare Committee members and permanent HQ staff.  It is a suite of applications which includes the Sqn Management System (SMS), e-mail through Microsoft Outlook Web Access, information sharing through Microsoft SharePoint and e-Learning services through Ultilearn.  It provides a common group of applications to underpin the RAF Air Cadets and delivery of its key services to cadets.

Launch of Cadet Portal Overview Page 06/12/2018

The Volunteer Development Team (VDT) in conjunction with the Bader Team have produced an overview page for the upcoming Cadet Portal.

SMS 4.9.4 - Release 15/10/2018

Update! The SMS update is now live. If there are any issues or feedback please raise a service request via the Bader Helpdesk.

Please note that SMS will be updated on Tuesday 16th October 18 between 1000hrs and 1200hrs and will therefore be offline.
